Common questions
- How do you find my mentor?
- You tell us your clinical goals and practice setting, and we score every verified mentor against the goals you ranked - procedures first, then your state, then fit and budget. Our team can step in and hand-pick a different mentor when they know better.
- What does it cost?
- RIGHT Access Membership is free through December 31, 2026 - no card required. After that, a monthly membership fee applies; we'll email you before any first charge. Session fees are paid per booking - mentor rates vary and are shown before you book.
- Where does the session happen?
- In your operatory by default - that's the whole point. Virtual sessions are also available for shorter consults and planning.
- What if it's not the right fit?
- You're not charged until your mentor accepts, and RIGHT holds the payment until after your session. If a session doesn't happen, the money doesn't move - contact us before the funds release and our team will review it.
